Please download the Bullie Pups 'R Us LLC contract below (PDF file). Please initial each paragraph, sign at the bottom and fax back to our EFax number at 215-893-8316 within 12 hours. Upon receipt of this signed contract your puppy will be considered ADOPTED. Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) is needed to open PDF files.

Refund/Cancellation policy
NO REFUNDS OR CHARGEBACKS allowed for ANY reason. ONLY full credit for another puppy will be given for any and all reasons.
NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE FOR ANY SITUATION OR CIRCUMSTANCE!
If you are unhappy with your puppy for any reason that is not covered under the contract, and that we feel is valid, we will possibly work with you on getting a second puppy at a siginifigant discount. We review each case individually and retain the right to refuse a discount for another puppy at any given time.
If you choose a puppy and are unhappy with the way the puppy looks when it arrives we will not swap or exchange puppies for this reason. These are not TV's, clothes or toys, these are living breathing creatures that require a lifetime of commitment. Be sure you ask for current photos and select the puppy that you are positive you want to dedicate your life to!
